Thursday 7:30 PM Dryland 8:00-9:15 PM Diving Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced & *Masters
Sunday 1:30-2:30 PM Diving Beginners 2:30-3:45 PM Diving Intermediate, Advanced, & *Masters Diving No Dryland 
 
  • Beginners group: must be 8 year + to attend
  • Intermediate and Advanced group: must be 12 year +                                              
  • Master Divers: must be 21+ years of age. Masters must also have an AAU Diving Adult Athlete membership linked to Midwest Masters Diving Club (Club ID: W37AE4) AAU Diving Adult Membership
