BILLING POLICIES

Who is a Westmont Park District Resident? Anyone living within the Westmont Park District taxing boundaries. Anyone working or operating a business within the Park District boundaries but living outside the boundaries shall not be considered a resident. You can check your residency by clicking here.

* Persons failing to indicate accurate residency status will be automatically charged the non-resident rate.

Event Tickets: SMS / TEXT MESSAGES

By providing us with your mobile phone number you authorize FMC Natatorium to contact you via text message to receive specific purchase details and / or text your events ticket that contains QR codes to grant you entry to specific events at FMC.

Depending on your cellphone plan, your carrier may charge you for incoming text messages, FMC is not liable for the cost SMS / TEXT messages.

Refunds

All swim lessons are non refundable.
ALL PUNCH CARD SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Change in Reservations

Any changes that are requested after payment is made and prior to the class will incur a $10 administrative fee. Any changes to a session will incur a $10 administrative fee per class.

Open Lap Swim / Conditioning Membership

Swimmers will be billed monthly and may cancel by going into your account and clicking "unsubscribe" after the three month period.

Memberships:

You must know how to swim, and be 16 years or older to purchase a monthly membership or day pass.

*Punch cards expire one year from purchase*

Open Lap Swim/ Conditioning Membership

You will be billed monthly for your membership and may cancel by going into your account and clicking "unsubscribe" after the three month period.

Lane sharing is required during peak lap swim hours, red cones indicate open lap lanes.

Private Lessons:

*Private Lessons by our trained instructors for ages 4-12 years old are scheduled for 30 minutes at a time*

Private lessons are added monthly. Private lessons are for those swimmers that could benefit from 1 on 1 instruction to move levels.

Private lessons can only be scheduled for 30-minute lessons. If you have a swimmer who is 13 and older and would benefit from a 1-hour, please check out instructors Miranda, Jessica, Cole, Hope and Camila if available.

Once you are scheduled into your time slot for private lessons, the schedule is rigid and is not able to be manipulated.

Please note that there are specific times for each level. Please make sure you register for the correct level according to the time slot. If you do not know your child's level, please view the level descriptions above. If a student moves up/down (out of the level range), we will keep the student at that time slot until the session ends. The instructor will work on the new skills with that student.

In the event we are sold out, please add your swimmer to the waitlist.

Who is a Westmont Park District Resident?

Only residents living within the Westmont Park District taxing boundaries are considered to be Westmont Park District Residents and are eligible for the discount. Individuals owning a business or working within the Park District boundaries are not eligible for the discount.

Members may be asked to provide documentation of residency.

Once you select your dates and move to cart, payment is required to guarantee your spot. You will receive an email confirming dates and purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you have not completed your purchase. Please make sure you put your swimmer's name/age/level in the space provided.

Cost: $34.00 Non-Resident, $24.00 Westmont Park District Resident.

Lessons are non-refundable. No makeup lessons.

Competitive swim lessons:

Youth Stroke Clinic

Swimmers Must be:

Must be at least 7 years old - 12 years old
Must be able to swim independently 50 yards of each stroke (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly)
Equipment required: Swim cap, goggles, and fins

This class is for swimmers who are interested in joining a competitive swim team

Advanced Stroke Clinic

Swimmers Must be:

Registered with a competitive swim team or summer league
Able to legally swim a 100-yard IM in deep water
Swimmers must be ages 8 -12 yrs
Must have prior approval from Coach Pierre to attend class

Swimmers must be on a competitive team to enroll in this Advanced Stroke Clinic.

Group Swim Lessons:

Developmental Stroke Clinic

Class Requirements:

Designed for kids aged 6-13 years old
Must have had previous swim lesson experience and hold basic swim skills with proper stroke technique*
Must be able to swim 50 yards of backstroke and freestyle
Must be able to swim at least 25 yards of breaststroke and butterfly
Equipment required: Swim cap, goggles, and fins.

Developmental swim class bridges the gap between learn-to-swim classes and swim team training. It is ideal for students who may consider competitive swimming and even those who just enjoy the benefits of swimming.

All lessons are non-refundable. No makeups.

What to bring to the pool?

Swimsuit, towel, goggles, and any other equipment you may need for your workout

Note: Our lockers do not have locks, please bring a lock if you want to secure your items. We also do not provide towels for guests, please bring your own towel.
