Swimmers must be currently on our FMC Aquatic Swim team to enroll in this Advanced Stroke Clinic. This class is no longer available to the public.

Time: 2:00-3:00 PM
Dates: you choose the date that is available and works for you.

Dates:

Must be:

1. Must be a current member of FMC Swim Team

2. Able to legally swim a 100-yard IM in deep water

Equipment required: Swim cap, goggles, and fins

Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before class starts

All lessons are non-refundable
